Tương lai Legal AI sẽ làm thay nhiều công việc của luật sư, nhưng trước hết, cần có nhiều luật sư tham gia xây dựng Legal AI.

Đây là công việc hoàn toàn mới nhưng phù hợp với nghiệp vụ và kỹ năng pháp luật của bạn. Bạn chỉ cần yêu thích việc ứng dụng công nghệ, AI và có tư duy logic tốt.

1. Giới thiệu

THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT AI – WORKSPACE là hệ sinh thái AI pháp luật dành cho doanh nghiệp, công ty luật, văn phòng luật sư, đội ngũ pháp chế và người dùng pháp luật tại Việt Nam.

Khi AI dần trở thành công cụ làm việc hằng ngày, ngành luật sẽ ngày càng cần những người vừa hiểu sâu pháp luật, vừa biết chuyển tri thức và quy trình nghề nghiệp thành hệ thống để công nghệ hỗ trợ con người chính xác, an toàn và có trách nhiệm.

Sản phẩm được phát triển để:

1) Giúp người dùng tra cứu, hỏi đáp và phân tích pháp luật trên cơ sở nguồn pháp lý chính xác;

2) Cho phép doanh nghiệp đưa tài liệu nội bộ lên hệ thống, làm việc an toàn theo tổ chức, vai trò và quyền truy cập;

3) Hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp quản lý hồ sơ, tài liệu, công việc, thời hạn, phê duyệt và lịch sử xử lý;

4) Kết nối dữ liệu pháp luật của TVPL với quy trình làm việc thực tế của luật sư và phòng pháp chế;

TVPL hướng tới xây dựng một hạ tầng làm việc pháp lý đáng tin cậy, giúp pháp luật dễ tiếp cận hơn, giúp chuyên gia pháp lý làm việc hiệu quả hơn và giúp doanh nghiệp ra quyết định có căn cứ hơn.

Các vị trí cần tuyển

1) Lead Legal Business Analyst;

2) Senior Legal Business Analyst;

Ba cấp độ trên có phạm vi trách nhiệm và mức độ dẫn dắt khác nhau, nhưng cùng thực hiện một vai trò chung: Chuyển nghiệp vụ pháp lý thành yêu cầu rõ ràng để đội Product, Design, AI, Data và Engineering phát triển TVPL AI Workspace.

Vai trò của Legal Business Analyst

Legal Business Analyst là cầu nối giữa khách hàng và đội phát triển sản phẩm của TVPL (hơn 50 người, gồm AI Architect, PM, AI, Designer, Data, cử nhân luật, Backend, DevOps).

Bạn ghi nhận khách hàng muốn gì, hiểu vì sao họ cần, biết công việc pháp lý thực tế được xử lý và vận hành như thế nào; sau đó làm việc cùng đội phát triển sản phẩm để chuyển những hiểu biết đó thành yêu cầu cho THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT AI – WORKSPACE.

Bạn sẽ tham gia các công việc chính sau:

1) Khảo sát quy trình của khách hàng: Tìm hiểu cách công ty luật và phòng pháp chế tiếp nhận, xử lý, kiểm tra, phê duyệt và lưu trữ một vấn đề pháp lý;

2) Xác định nhu cầu thật, điểm khó khăn, rủi ro và công việc mà khách hàng cần AI/phần mềm hỗ trợ;

3) Hỗ trợ công ty luật và phòng pháp chế chuẩn hóa quy trình hiện tại, đồng thời đề xuất quy trình mới có TVPL AI tham gia;

4) Bạn xác định vai trò của AI trong quy trình nghiệp vụ của công ty luật và phòng pháp chế: AI được thực hiện bước nào, cần nguồn dữ liệu nào và trường hợp nào phải khuyến nghị con người/chuyên gia pháp lý kiểm tra lại;

5) Bạn chuyển kết quả khảo sát, các hiểu biết và quy trình nêu trên thành yêu cầu nghiệp vụ gửi đến đội phát triển THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT AI – WORKSPACE;

6) Bạn tham gia kiểm thử và nghiệm thu từng nghiệp vụ của TVPLLegal AI bằng các tình huống pháp lý thực tế, đánh giá kết quả AI có đúng hay không, kiểm tra căn cứ pháp lý và hiệu lực văn bản;

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

1) Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Luật, ưu tiên có chứng chỉ hành nghề luật sư;

2) Cấp độ Lead/Senior được xác định theo kinh nghiệm, năng lực dẫn dắt và phạm vi trách nhiệm;

3) Đã trực tiếp xử lý công việc pháp lý tại công ty luật, phòng pháp chế, bộ phận tuân thủ hoặc doanh nghiệp;

4) Hiểu rõ cách một vấn đề pháp lý được tiếp nhận, thu thập dữ kiện, tra cứu, phân tích, đề xuất phương án, kiểm tra, phê duyệt và lưu hồ sơ;

5) Có tư duy logic, hệ thống và quy trình; có khả năng nhạy bén phát hiện các ngoại lệ, rủi ro và vấn đề cần con người quyết định thay cho AI trong từng quy trình pháp lý;

6) Yêu thích AI, công nghệ và mong muốn góp phần hoàn thiện TVPL AI, giúp công việc pháp lý trong tương lai được thực hiện thuận tiện và hiệu quả hơn;

7) Tiếng Anh từ mức IELTS 6.0 trở lên, đọc hiểu tốt tài liệu pháp lý, LegalTech và AI bằng tiếng Anh (không bắt buộc phải có chứng chỉ IELTS);

8) Bạn không cần đã từng làm Business Analyst, vì bạn sẵn sàng tự nghiên cứu nó.

Điểm cộng:

1) Đã làm tại công ty luật quốc tế, công ty luật lớn hoặc phòng pháp chế của tập đoàn/doanh nghiệp lớn;

2) Có kinh nghiệm về hợp đồng thương mại, tư vấn doanh nghiệp, đầu tư, lao động, thuế, compliance, bảo vệ dữ liệu hoặc quản trị pháp lý;

3) Đã chuẩn hóa quy trình, biểu mẫu, kho tri thức hoặc tham gia chuyển đổi số cho bộ phận pháp lý;

4) Đã sử dụng LegalTech/Legal AI nước ngoài trong nghiên cứu pháp luật, rà soát hợp đồng, quản lý hồ sơ, quản lý tri thức hoặc compliance;

5) Là người dùng lâu năm và hiểu các sản phẩm, dữ liệu của THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT.

Phối hợp làm việc

1) Làm việc trực tiếp với đội phát triển TVPL AI Workspace, Luật sư/Legal Business Analyst, chuyên gia pháp lý và khách hàng doanh nghiệp lớn;

2) Có đội AI, Data, AI Architect, Backend, Product Designer, DevOps, Cử nhân luật cùng làm.

3) Có dữ liệu pháp luật lớn, khách hàng doanh nghiệp và hàng triệu người dùng thực của THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT;

4) Có cơ hội tham gia xây dựng sản phẩm Legal AI có khả năng thay đổi cách người Việt tiếp cận và làm việc với pháp luật.

INTRODUCTION

THU VIEN PHAP LUAT AI – WORKSPACE is a legal AI ecosystem designed for businesses, law firms, law offices, in-house legal teams, and legal users in Vietnam.

As AI gradually becomes a daily working tool, the legal industry will increasingly need people who not only have a deep understanding of the law but can also transform professional knowledge and workflows into systems that enable technology to support people accurately, safely, and responsibly.

The product is developed to:

1) Help users search for, ask questions about, and analyze legal information based on accurate legal sources;

2) Allow businesses to upload internal documents to the system and work securely according to organizational structures, roles, and access permissions;

3) Support businesses in managing case files, documents, tasks, deadlines, approvals, and processing history;

4) Connect TVPL's legal data with the actual workflows of lawyers and in-house legal departments.

These levels have different scopes of responsibility and levels of leadership, but share the same core role:

Transform legal professional practices into clear requirements for the Product, Design, AI, Data, and Engineering teams to develop TVPL AI Workspace.

ROLE OF A LEGAL BUSINESS ANALYST

The Legal Business Analyst acts as a bridge between customers and TVPL's product development team, which consists of more than 50 people, including AI Architects, PMs, AI specialists, Designers, Data specialists, Law graduates, Backend Developers, and DevOps engineers.

You will identify what customers want, understand why they need it, and understand how actual legal work is handled and operated. You will then work with the product development team to transform these insights into requirements for THU VIEN PHAP LUAT AI – WORKSPACE.

You will be involved in the following key responsibilities:

1) Study customer workflows: Understand how law firms and in-house legal departments receive, process, review, approve, and archive legal matters;

2) Identify actual needs, pain points, risks, and tasks that customers need AI/software to support;

3) Support law firms and in-house legal departments in standardizing their existing workflows while proposing new workflows involving TVPL AI;

4) Determine the role of AI within the workflows of law firms and in-house legal departments: which steps should be performed by AI, what data sources are required, and in which cases humans/legal professionals should be recommended to review the results;

5) Transform the research findings, insights, and workflows above into business requirements for the THU VIEN PHAP LUAT AI – WORKSPACE development team;

6) Participate in testing and acceptance of each business process within TVPL Legal AI using real-world legal scenarios; evaluate whether the AI's results are accurate, and verify the legal basis and validity/effectiveness of legal documents.

REQUIREMENTS

1) Bachelor's degree in Law; a lawyer practicing certificate is preferred;

2) Lead/Senior level will be determined based on experience, leadership capability, and scope of responsibility;

3) Direct experience handling legal work at a law firm, in-house legal department, compliance department, or business;

4) A clear understanding of how a legal matter is received, facts are collected, legal research is conducted, the matter is analyzed, solutions are proposed, reviewed, approved, and documented;

5) Strong logical, systematic, and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to identify exceptions, risks, and issues where human judgment is required instead of AI within each legal workflow;

6) Passion for AI and technology and a desire to contribute to improving TVPL AI, making future legal work more convenient and efficient;

7) English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above, with the ability to read and understand legal, LegalTech, and AI materials in English. An IELTS certificate is not required;

8) Previous Business Analyst experience is not required, as you should be willing to independently learn and research Business Analysis.

NICE TO HAVE

1) Experience working at an international law firm, a large law firm, or the legal department of a large corporation/business;

2) Experience in commercial contracts, corporate advisory, investment, labor, tax, compliance, data protection, or legal management;

3) Experience standardizing processes, templates, knowledge bases, or participating in digital transformation projects for legal departments;

4) Experience using international LegalTech/Legal AI products for legal research, contract review, case/file management, knowledge management, or compliance;

5) Long-term users of and familiarity with THU VIEN PHAP LUAT's products and data.

COLLABORATION

1) Work directly with the TVPL AI Workspace development team, Lawyers/Legal Business Analysts, legal experts, and major enterprise clients;

2) Work alongside teams specializing in AI, Data, AI Architecture, Backend, Product Design, DevOps, and Law;

3) Have access to THU VIEN PHAP LUAT's extensive legal database, enterprise clients, and millions of real users;

4) Have the opportunity to participate in building a Legal AI product capable of changing how Vietnamese people access and work with the law.
