PRICES OF SECURITIES SERVICES APPLIED TO VIETNAM EXCHANGE
AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AND VIETNAM SECURITIES
DEPOSITORY AND CLEARING CORPORATION
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Prices Law dated
June 19, 2023;
Pursuant to the Law on
Securities dated November 26, 2019;
Pursuant to the Government’s
Decree No. 85/2024/ND-CP dated July 10, 2024 elaborating the Prices Law;
Pursuant to the Government’s
Decree No. 29/2025/ND-CP dated February 24, 2025 defining functions, tasks,
powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Circular No.
83/2024/TT-BTC dated November 26, 2024 of the Minister of Finance of Vietnam
providing guidance on mechanisms and policies for prices of securities services
set by the State and applied to Vietnam Exchange and its subsidiaries, and
Vietnam Securities Depository And Clearing Corporation;

At the request of the Chairman
of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (“SSC”);
HEREIN DECIDES:
Article 1.
The schedule of prices of securities services applied
to Vietnam Exchange (VNX) and its subsidiaries, and Vietnam Securities
Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) is enclosed with this Decision. The
prices set under this Decision are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT) (if any).
Article 2.
This Decision comes into force from the day on which
it is signed.
Article 3.
Chairman of SSC, Director of Department of Price
Management, Chief of the Ministry of Finance’s Office, Chairperson of the Board
of Members of VNX, Chairman of HNX, Chairperson of HOSE, Chairperson of the
Board of Directors of VSDC, and heads of relevant units are responsible for the
implementation of this Decision./.
