DECISION
ON
ISSUANCE OF PRICING FRAMEWORK FOR FERRY SERVICES AT FERRY TERMINALS FUNDED BY
THE STATE BUDGET, UNDER CENTRAL MANAGEMENT
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Law on Prices dated June 19,
2023;
Pursuant to the Law on Road dated June 27, 2024;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2024/ND-CP dated July
10, 2024 of the Government on elaboration of a number of articles of the Price
Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 56/2022/ND-CP dated
August 24, 2022 of the Government on functions, responsibilities, jurisdiction
and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to Circular No. 33/2024/TT-BGTVT dated
November 14, 2024 of the Minister of Transport on the management of prices of
ferry services funded by state budget, under central management;

At the request of the head of Finance Authority
and Director General of Department for Roads of Vietnam.
HEREBY DECIDES:
Article 1. Issuance of the pricing framework for ferry services at
ferry terminals funded by the state budget, under central management in
accordance with the Appendix attached to this Decision. The scope and regulated
entities are in accordance with Article 1 of Circular No. 33/2024/TT-BGTVT
dated November 14, 2024 of the Minister of Transport on the management of
prices of ferry services funded by state budget, under central management.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from January 01, 2025. The
Ministry of Transport shall assign the Department for Roads of Vietnam to
implement in accordance with the Law on Prices, Decree No. 85/2024/ND-CP dated
July 10, 2024 of the Government on elaboration of a number of articles of the
Price Law, Circular No. 33/2024/TT-BGTVT dated November 14, 2024 of the
Minister of Transport on the management of prices of ferry services funded by
state budget, under central management and relevant regulations.
Article 3. The Chief of the Ministry Office, the heads of the following
authorities: Finance, Transport, Infrastructure of Transportation, the Director
General of the Department for Roads of Vietnam, and the heads of relevant
authorities are responsible to implement this Decision./.
