On June 26, 2023, the Government of Vietnam promulgated Decree No. 39/2023/ND-CP guiding Resolution No. 73/2022/QH15 on pilot auction of license plates for motor vehicles
The General Department of Vietnam Customs promulgated Official Dispatch No. 3173/TCHQ-TXNK dated June 21, 2023 on implementation of Decree No. 26/2023/ND-CP and Decision No. 15/2023/QD-TTg in terms of tariff schedules, of which there are some remarks on schedule of preferential import tariffs.
On June 8, 2023, the Minister of Finance of Vietnam promulgated Circular No. 38/2023/TT-BTC on fees for review of environmental impact assessment (EIA) reports performed by central agencies, collection, payment, management, and use thereof.

On June 16, 2023, the Government of Vietnam promulgated Decree No. 34/2023/ND-CP on amendments to Decree No. 112/2014/ND-CP on management of land border checkpoints.
