The Minister of Agriculture and Environment of Vietnam promulgated Circular No. 24/2026/TT-BNNMT providing guidelines on Decree No. 110/2026/ND-CP elaborating on the Law on Environmental Protection regarding the responsibility for recycling products and packaging and the responsibility for treating waste of producers and importers.
On June 10, 2026, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of Vietnam adopted Resolution No. 04/2026/UBTVQH16, amending Resolution No. 81/2025/UBTVQH15 prescribing the establishment of provincial-level People's Courts and regional People's Courts, and the territorial jurisdiction of provincial-level People's Courts and regional People's Courts.
