Documents proving entitles eligible for owner houses in Vietnam for organizations
Documents proving that organizations are entities eligible for owner houses in Vietnam include:
- A domestic organization shall have an enterprise registration certificate, an investment registration certificate, or a document proving the establishment of the organization issued by a competent authority under the law;
- A foreign organization investing in the construction of houses by projects in Vietnam shall have an investment registration certificate according to investment laws;
- A foreign organization investing in the construction of houses by projects in Vietnam shall have an investment certificate, an investment registration certificate, or a document issued by a Vietnamese competent authority on permission for the operation or establishment in Vietnam that is still valid at the time of conclusion of transactions concerning houses.
Documents proving entitles eligible for owner houses in Vietnam for individuals
Documents proving that individuals are entities eligible for owner houses in Vietnam include:
- A Vietnamese citizen shall have an identity card, a passport, or other documents proving his/her Vietnamese nationality;
- A Vietnamese residing abroad shall have a foreign passport, an international laissez-passer according to entry and exit laws, and documents proving his/her Vietnamese origin according to nationality laws;
- A foreign individual shall have a foreign passport and a written commitment to ineligibility for diplomatic or consular privileges and immunities.
