ON AMENDMENTS TO A NUMBER OF CONTENTS OF THE GENERAL
EDUCATION PROGRAM ENCLOSED WITH CIRCULAR NO. 32/2018/TT-BGDDT DATED DECEMBER
26, 2018 OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to the Law on Education
No. 43/2019/QH14;
Pursuant to Decree No. 37/2025/ND-CP
dated February 26, 2025 of the Government on functions, duties, powers and
organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to the appraisal record
of the Appraisal Council for the revised programs of the subjects: History
and Geography, History, Geography and Civic Education;
At the request of the Director
of the General Education Department;
The Minister of Education and
Training hereby promulgates the Circular on amendments to a number of contents
of the General Education Program enclosed with Circular No. 32/2018/TT-BGDDT
dated December 26, 2018 of the Minister of Education and Training.
Article 1.
Amendments to a number of contents of the General Education Program enclosed
with Circular No. 32/2018/TT-BGDDT dated December 26, 2018 of the Minister of
Education and Training, amended by Circular No. 20/2021/TT-BGDDT dated July 1,
2021 of the Minister of Education and Training, and Circular No.

Education Program of the subject History and Geography at lower secondary
education level (Appendix II enclosed with this Circular).

this Circular).
4. Amendments to the General Education
Program of the subject Geography (Appendix IV enclosed with this Circular).
5. Amendments to the General
Education Program of the subject Civic Education (Appendix V enclosed with this
Circular).
Article 2.
This Circular comes into force as of September 12,
2025.
Article 3.
The Chief of the Office, the Director of the General
Education Department, heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education
and Training, Presidents of People’s Committees of provinces and
centrally-affiliated cities, Directors of Departments of Education and
Training, organizations and individuals concerned shall implement this
Circular./.
