DECISION
ASSIGNING TASKS IN STATE INSPECTION OF SAFETY OF IMPORTED
FOODS UNDER MANAGEMENT OF MINISTRY OF HEALTH
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to the Law on
Food Safety;
Pursuant to the
Government’s Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP dated February 02, 2018 elaborating some
Articles of the Law on Food Safety;
Pursuant to the
Government’s Decree No. 75/2017/ND-CP dated June 20, 2017 defining functions,
tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to the
application for designation/assignment of tasks in state inspection of safety
of imported food under management of Ministry of Health, Report on inspection
and assessment of assignment of tasks to authorities in charge of state
inspection of imported foods dated April 07, 2022 and Document No.
190/VYTCC-KTNN dated April 22, 2022 of the Institute of Public Health Ho Chi
Minh City on correction of non-conformities of the delegation responsible for
inspection and assessment of assignment of tasks in state inspection of
imported foods;
At the request of the
Director General of the Vietnam Food Administration.

Article 1. The Institute of Public Health Ho Chi Minh City located at
159 Hung Phu, Ward 8, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City is assigned to conduct state
inspection of safety of imported foods under management of Ministry of Health.
Article 2. Products and goods subject to state inspection of imported
food safety; accredited/designated testing indicators are provided in the
Appendix to this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision lasts for 05 years from the date on which it
is signed.
Article 4. The Institute of Public Health Ho Chi Minh City and
relevant authorities are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
