AMENDMENT TO
CIRCULAR NO. 73/2021/TT-BCA DATED JUNE 29, 2021 OF THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC
SECURITY ON PASSPORT, LAISSEZ-PASSER FORMS AND RELATED SCHEDULES
Pursuant to Resolution No. 76/2022/QH15
dated November 15, 2022 of the National Assembly on the 4th Meeting
of the 15th National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Law on Entry and Exit of
Vietnamese nationals dated November 22, 2019;
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2018/ND-CP dated
August, 6, 2018 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and
organizational structures of Ministry of Public Security;
At request of Director of Immigration
Department;
The Minister of Public Security promulgates
Circular on amendment to Circular No. 73/2021/TT-BCA dated June 29, 2021 of the
Minister of Public Security on passport, laissez-passer forms and related
schedules.
Article 1. Amendment to contents of page 2
and page 3 of diplomatic passport (form HCNG); official passport (form HCCV);
ordinary passport (form HCPT) attached to Circular No. 73/2021/TT-BCA dated
June 29, 2021.

Article 3. Implementation and transition
clauses
1. This Circular comes into force from
January 1, 2023.
2. Passports issued before January 1,
2023 using previous forms remain effective for the full effective period./.
