CIRCULAR
ON
PERIODS OF ARCHIVING DOSSIERS, DOCUMENTS UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MINISTRY
OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Law on Archives No. 33/2024/QH15
dated June 21, 2024;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2025/ND-CP dated
February 25, 2025 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers and
organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
At the request of the Chief of Office of the
Ministry of Construction;
The Minister of Construction promulgates a
Circular on periods of archiving dossiers, documents under the management of
the Ministry of Construction.
Article 1. Scope and regulated
entities
1. This Circular prescribes periods of archiving
dossiers and documents under the management of the Ministry of Construction in
the following sectors: planning and architecture; construction investment;
urban development; technical infrastructure; housing; real estate; construction
materials; occupational safety during construction; inspection and
registration; public road; railway; inland waterway; maritime; aviation, and
general consolidated dossiers and documents.

Article 2. Periods of archiving
dossiers, documents
Periods of archiving dossiers, documents under the
management of the Ministry of Construction are specified in Appendices enclosed
herewith. To be specific:
Appendix I. Periods of archiving general
consolidated dossiers and documents.
Appendix II. Periods of archiving dossiers and
documents in the planning and architecture sector.
Appendix III. Periods of archiving dossiers and
documents in the construction investment sector.
Appendix IV. Periods of archiving dossiers and
