Đây là cơ hội tham gia từ đầu vào việc thiết kế một hệ sinh thái Legal AI và B2B Enterprise có dữ liệu thật, người dùng thật và nhiều quy trình nghiệp vụ phức tạp.

1. Giới thiệu

THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT AI là hệ sinh thái AI pháp luật dành cho doanh nghiệp, công ty luật, văn phòng luật sư, đội ngũ pháp chế và người dùng pháp luật tại Việt Nam.

Sản phẩm cần một đội Product Design đủ năng lực nghiên cứu người dùng, hiểu quy trình nghiệp vụ và thiết kế trải nghiệm thống nhất từ nền tảng dữ liệu đến sản phẩm hoàn chỉnh cho người dùng cuối.

Hệ sinh thái được phát triển theo ba mức sản phẩm với một nền tảng thiết kế chung:

1) TVPL Legal Intelligence: Hiểu nhu cầu, truy xuất và xử lý đúng căn cứ pháp lý để cung cấp độc lập hoặc tích hợp vào Legal AI của khách hàng;

2) TVPL Legal AI: Sử dụng toàn bộ năng lực Legal Intelligence, kết hợp suy luận pháp lý và tạo câu trả lời hoàn chỉnh để tích hợp vào phần mềm nội bộ của khách hàng;

3) TVPL AI Workspace: Sản phẩm hoàn chỉnh cho người dùng cuối, sử dụng toàn bộ năng lực TVPL Legal AI và có thể đóng gói thành TVPL AI Core, TVPL AI Core Pro, TVPL AI Workspace;

4) Nền tảng Product Design dùng chung: Bảo đảm ba mức sản phẩm thống nhất về luồng sử dụng, cách thể hiện căn cứ, trạng thái AI, cảnh báo rủi ro và nhận diện giao diện.

TVPL hướng tới xây dựng một hạ tầng làm việc pháp lý đáng tin cậy, giúp pháp luật dễ tiếp cận hơn, giúp chuyên gia pháp lý làm việc hiệu quả hơn và giúp doanh nghiệp ra quyết định có căn cứ hơn.

2. Vị trí cần tuyển

1) Lead Product Designer;

2) Senior Product Designer;

3) UX/UI & Design System Designer – Middle.

Ba vị trí có phạm vi trách nhiệm và mức độ dẫn dắt khác nhau, nhưng cùng thực hiện một vai trò chung: Nghiên cứu và thiết kế trải nghiệm thống nhất cho TVPL Legal Intelligence, TVPL Legal AI và TVPL AI Workspace.

3. Vai trò của đội Product Design

Đội Product Design là cầu nối giữa người dùng, nghiệp vụ và đội phát triển sản phẩm của TVPL (hơn 50 người, gồm Product, BA, Legal BA, AI Architect, AI, Data, Cử nhân luật, Backend, Frontend và DevOps).

Bạn làm việc cùng BA và Legal BA để hiểu nhu cầu, quy trình và quy tắc pháp lý; sau đó phối hợp với đội AI và phần mềm để chuyển những hiểu biết đó thành hành trình, tương tác và giao diện rõ ràng, nhất quán, dễ sử dụng.

Bạn sẽ tham gia các công việc chính sau:

1) Nghiên cứu người dùng và quy trình làm việc: Tìm hiểu cách luật sư, phòng pháp chế, doanh nghiệp và đội kỹ thuật tra cứu, phân tích, xử lý, kiểm tra, phê duyệt và lưu trữ công việc pháp lý;

2) Phối hợp với BA và Legal BA để xác định nhu cầu thật, quy tắc nghiệp vụ, vai trò người dùng, quyền truy cập, điểm khó khăn, ngoại lệ và rủi ro cần kiểm soát;

3) Thiết kế kiến trúc thông tin, hành trình người dùng, user flow, wireframe và prototype cho TVPL Legal Intelligence, TVPL Legal AI và TVPL AI Workspace;

4) Thiết kế cách người dùng giao việc cho AI, theo dõi quá trình xử lý, đọc câu trả lời, kiểm chứng căn cứ, nhận biết cảnh báo và yêu cầu chuyên gia pháp lý kiểm tra lại;

5) Xây dựng giao diện và Design System dùng chung cho TVPL AI Core, TVPL AI Core Pro, TVPL AI Workspace, các thành phần nhúng và cổng quản trị;

6) Thực hiện kiểm thử khả năng sử dụng, bàn giao thiết kế, phối hợp với đội Frontend nghiệm thu sản phẩm và cải tiến dựa trên phản hồi, dữ liệu sử dụng thực tế;

Yêu cầu công việc

4. Yêu cầu ứng viên:

1) Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Thiết kế, Công nghệ thông tin, Hệ thống thông tin, Tương tác người – máy hoặc ngành phù hợp; có thể thay thế bằng portfolio và năng lực thực tế tương đương;

2) Có kinh nghiệm Product Design/UX/UI: Lead khoảng 7 năm trở lên, Senior khoảng 4 năm trở lên và Middle khoảng 2 năm trở lên; cấp độ được xác định theo năng lực và phạm vi trách nhiệm;

3) Đã trực tiếp thiết kế sản phẩm B2B SaaS, phần mềm doanh nghiệp, hệ thống nghiệp vụ hoặc sản phẩm số phức tạp; không chỉ có kinh nghiệm làm website giới thiệu hoặc ấn phẩm truyền thông;

4) Có khả năng thực hiện đầy đủ quy trình Product Design từ nghiên cứu, kiến trúc thông tin, user flow, wireframe, prototype, kiểm thử đến UI hoàn chỉnh; sử dụng thành thạo Figma;

5) Có tư duy logic, hệ thống và quy trình; có khả năng xử lý giao diện nhiều dữ liệu, vai trò, quyền truy cập, trạng thái, điều kiện và ngoại lệ;

6) Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng hoặc vận hành Design System, bàn giao thiết kế và phối hợp với Frontend để phát triển các thành phần giao diện dùng lại;

7) Có khả năng làm việc với BA, Legal BA, đội AI, đội phần mềm và người dùng; biết giải thích quyết định thiết kế bằng căn cứ rõ ràng; ứng viên Lead phải có năng lực dẫn dắt workshop và review thiết kế;

8) Tiếng Anh tương đương IELTS 6.0 trở lên, đọc hiểu tốt tài liệu về Product Design, B2B SaaS và AI bằng tiếng Anh (không bắt buộc phải có chứng chỉ IELTS).

5. Điểm cộng:

1) Đã thiết kế sản phẩm AI, LegalTech, chatbot, hệ thống RAG, AI Agent hoặc công cụ hỗ trợ ra quyết định;

2) Có kinh nghiệm với quản lý tài liệu, quản lý tri thức, tìm kiếm, workflow, cộng tác, compliance hoặc phần mềm pháp lý;

3) Đã xây dựng Design System cho sản phẩm enterprise và phối hợp với Frontend để phát triển thư viện component dùng chung;

4) Có kinh nghiệm UX Research, phân tích dữ liệu sử dụng, thiết kế nội dung hoặc accessibility cho sản phẩm số;

5) Là người dùng lâu năm và hiểu các sản phẩm, dữ liệu của THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT.

6. Phối hợp làm việc

1) Làm việc trực tiếp với Product, BA, Legal BA, luật sư, Cử nhân luật, đội AI, đội phần mềm và khách hàng doanh nghiệp lớn;

2) Có đội AI, Data, AI Architect, Backend, Frontend, DevOps và chuyên gia pháp lý cùng phát triển sản phẩm;

3) Có dữ liệu pháp luật lớn, khách hàng doanh nghiệp và hàng triệu người dùng thực của THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT;

4) Có cơ hội xây dựng từ đầu nền tảng Product Design cho hệ sinh thái Legal AI có khả năng thay đổi cách người Việt tiếp cận và làm việc với pháp luật.

7. Quyền lợi:

1) Mức lương gross/tháng: Lead Product Designer 70–100 triệu đồng, Senior Product Designer 40–60 triệu đồng và UX/UI & Design System Designer – Middle 28–45 triệu đồng;

About Us

THU VIEN PHAP LUAT AI is a legal AI ecosystem serving businesses, law firms, legal departments, and legal-information users in Vietnam.

The product requires a capable Product Design team that can conduct user research, understand business processes, and create a consistent user experience—from the data platform to the finished product used by end users.

The ecosystem is being developed across three product levels, supported by a shared design platform:

(1) TVPL Legal Intelligence: Understands user needs, retrieves and processes the appropriate legal grounds, and provides these capabilities independently or integrates them into customers' Legal AI systems.

(2) TVPL Legal AI: Leverages the full capabilities of Legal Intelligence, combines them with legal reasoning, and generates complete answers for integration into customers' internal software systems.

(3) TVPL AI Workspace: A complete end-user product that leverages the full capabilities of TVPL Legal AI and can be packaged as TVPL AI Core, TVPL AI Core Pro, and TVPL AI Workspace.

(4) Shared Product Design Platform: Ensures consistency across all three product levels in terms of user flows, presentation of legal grounds, AI status indicators, risk warnings, and visual identity.

TVPL aims to build a reliable legal work infrastructure that makes the law more accessible, enables legal professionals to work more effectively, and helps businesses make better-informed decisions.

The three positions differ in scope of responsibility and level of leadership, but share the same core mission: researching and designing a consistent user experience across TVPL Legal Intelligence, TVPL Legal AI, and TVPL AI Workspace.

Role of the Product Design Team

The Product Design team serves as the bridge between users, business processes, and TVPL's product development team, which consists of more than 50 professionals, including Product, BA, Legal BA, AI Architect, AI, Data, law graduates, Backend, Frontend, and DevOps specialists.

You will work with BA and Legal BA teams to understand user needs, workflows, and legal rules. You will then collaborate with the AI and software teams to turn these insights into clear, consistent, and easy-to-use user journeys, interactions, and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

1) Research users and legal workflows: Understand how lawyers, legal departments, businesses, and technical teams search, analyze, process, review, approve, and store legal work.

2) Work with BA and Legal BA teams to identify actual user needs, business rules, user roles, access permissions, pain points, exceptions, and risks that need to be controlled.

3) Design information architecture, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for TVPL Legal Intelligence, TVPL Legal AI, and TVPL AI Workspace.

4) Design how users assign tasks to AI, monitor processing, read answers, verify legal grounds, identify warnings, and request legal experts to conduct additional reviews.

5) Build shared interfaces and a Design System for TVPL AI Core, TVPL AI Core Pro, TVPL AI Workspace, embedded components, and administrative portals.

6) Conduct usability testing, hand over designs, collaborate with the Frontend team for product acceptance, and continuously improve the product based on feedback and actual usage data.

Candidate Requirements

1) Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Technology, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio may be accepted.

2) Experience in Product Design/UX/UI: approximately 7+ years for Lead, 4+ years for Senior, and 2+ years for Middle positions. The final level will be determined based on capabilities and scope of responsibility.

3) Direct experience designing B2B SaaS products, enterprise software, business systems, or complex digital products. Experience limited to corporate websites or marketing materials is not sufficient.

4) Ability to handle the complete Product Design process, from research and information architecture to user flows, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and final UI design. Proficiency in Figma is required.

5) Strong logical, systems, and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to design interfaces involving large amounts of data, multiple roles, access permissions, statuses, conditions, and exceptions.

6) Experience building or maintaining a Design System, handing off designs, and collaborating with Frontend teams to develop reusable UI components.

7) Ability to work with BA, Legal BA, AI, software teams, and users; capable of explaining design decisions based on clear reasoning. Lead-level candidates must be capable of leading workshops and conducting design reviews.

8) English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above, with strong reading comprehension of Product Design, B2B SaaS, and AI materials in English. An IELTS certificate is not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

1) Experience designing AI products, LegalTech solutions, chatbots, RAG systems, AI Agents, or decision-support tools.

2) Experience with document management, knowledge management, search, workflow, collaboration, compliance, or legal software.

3) Experience building Design Systems for enterprise products and collaborating with Frontend teams to develop shared component libraries.

4) Experience in UX Research, usage-data analysis, content design, or accessibility for digital products.

5) Long-term experience using and understanding THƯ VIỆN PHÁP LUẬT's products and legal data.

Collaboration

1) Work directly with Product, BA, Legal BA, lawyers, law graduates, AI teams, software teams, and large enterprise customers.

2) Work alongside AI, Data, AI Architect, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and legal experts in developing the product.
