ANNOUCEMENT

Printing certificates of origins on common A4 papers

Implementing Resolution No. 76/NQ-CP dated July 15, 2021 of the Government promulgating Overall Programme for State Administration Reform for the period of 2021-2030;

In order to create favorable business conditions and minimize costs of enterprises, thereby boost export, The Ministry of Industry and Trade hereby announces that:

1. From October 15, 2022, traders requesting issuance of types of C/Os listed below may download them from Electronic C/O System of the Ministry of Industry and Trade at https://ecosys.gov.vn and print them out. C/O forms must be printed on white A4 papers according to ISO standards.

C/Os include: Form D, form AANZ, form AK, form AI, form AJ, form E, form AHK, form RCEP, form CPTPP, form VK, form VJ, form VC, form VN-CU and form S.

2. Above-mentioned C/O forms granted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to traders may be continued to be used until the end of April 15, 2023.

3. The Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced the above contents to competent authorities of partner countries. Any difficulties arising in the implementation of this Announcement should be reported to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (via Agency of Foreign Trade) for prompt consideration and handling.
