CIRCULAR

AMENDMENTS TO SOME ARTICLES OF CIRCULAR NO. 23/2013/TT-BKHCN DATED SEPTEMBER 26^th 2013 OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ON MEASUREMENT OF GROUP 2 MEASURING INSTRUMENTS, WHICH IS AMENDED BY CIRCULAR NO. 07/2019/TT-BKHCN DATED JULY 26^th 2019 OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Pursuant to the Law on Measurement dated November 11^th 2011;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 28/2023/NĐ-CP dated February 2^nd 2023 defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;

At the request of the Director of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology, and Quality and the Director of Legal Department;

The Minister of Science and Technology promulgates a Circular on Amendments to some Articles of Circular No. 23/2013/TT-BKHCN dated September 26th 2013 of the Minister of Science and Technology on measurement of Group 2 measuring instruments, which is amended by Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BKHCN dated July 26th 2019 of the Minister of Science and Technology

Article 1. Amendments to Clause 1 Article 4 of Circular No. 23/2013/TT-BKHCN dated September 26^th 2013 of the Minister of Science and Technology on measurement of Group 2 measuring instruments, which is amended by Clause 2 Article 1 OF Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BKHCN dated July 26^th 2019 of the Minister of Science and Technology:

Article 2. Implementation clauses

This Circular comes into force from October 15^th 2024.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation organization

1. Difficulties that arise during the implementation of this Circular should be reported in writing to the Ministry of Science and Technology for guidance or amendment.

2. The Director of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology, and Quality shall provide guidance and organize the implementation of this Circular.

3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Presidents of the People’s Committees of provinces or central-affiliated cities, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for the implementation of this Circular./.
