Pursuant to Article 3 of Decree 43/2020/ND-CP stipulating regimes and policies for participants in the execution of death sentences as follows:

1. Participants in the death sentence execution team are entitled to a fostering regime equal to three times the base salary when executing a death sentence for one person and 10 days of rest according to the general regulations on the convalescence regime for the death penalty. officers and soldiers of the People's Police and the People's Army.

2. Participants of the death sentence execution council, prison officers, audio recorders, video recorders, photographers, interpreters, fingerprinters, burial and burial of corpses shall be entitled to a fostering regime equal to one-time base salary when executing the death sentence against 01 person.

3. Participants ensure security and order; representatives of the commune-level People's Committees; Investigators are entitled to a fostering regime equal to one-half of the base salary when executing a death sentence against a person.

According to regulations in Vietnam, a member of the death sentence execution council will be entitled to a compensation regime equal to one time the base salary when executing a death sentence for 01 person and 10 days of rest.
