DECISION
ANNOUNCEMENT OF AMENDED ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES CONCERNING
CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS ACCORDING TO REGULATIONS ON DEVOLUTION, DELEGATION, AND
DISTINCTION OF AUTHORITY UNDER MANAGEMENT OF MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION OF
VIETNAM
MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No.
33/2025/ND-CP dated February 25, 2025 of the Government of Vietnam on
functions, tasks, entitlements, and organizational structure of the Ministry of
Construction of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No.
63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government of Vietnam on controlling
administrative procedures, amended by Decree No. 48/2013/ND-CP dated May 14,
2013 and Decree No. 92/2017/ND-CP dated August 7, 2017 of the Government of
Vietnam on amendments to Decrees concerning administrative procedure control;
At the request of the
Chief of the Ministry Office and the Director of the Department of Economics –
Construction Investment Management.
HEREBY DECIDES:
Article
1. Enclosed with this Decision is the list of amended
administrative procedures concerning construction operations according to
regulations on devolution, delegation, and distinction of authority under the
management of the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam.

Article
3. Chief of Ministry Office, Director of the Department of
Legal Affairs, Director of the Department of Economics – Construction
Investment Management, and Directors of relevant agencies and units shall
implement this Decision./.
