1. Attachment of foreign number and barcode on export goods:

During customs procedures for export goods, customs officials shall not require declarants to present documents issued by competent agencies confirming use of foreign number and barcode.

2. Authorization for use of foreign code:

Proof of authorizing use of foreign code granted by foreign competent agencies or owners of foreign code includes any of following form: document of authorization, power of attorney, toll manufacturing agreements, electronic documents of authorization or other forms internationally recognized bearing signature and stamps of exporting enterprises and enterprises legally responsible for provided documents.

This Official Dispatch shall replace official dispatches of General Department of Customs providing guidelines for use of foreign number and barcode on export goods.

Customs Departments of provinces and cities are hereby noticed for implementation./.
