RESOLUTION
ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF COMMUNE-LEVEL ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISIONS
OF TAY NINH PROVINCE IN 2025
THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL
ASSEMBLY
Pursuant to the
Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam amended by the Resolution No.
203/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Law on
Local Government Organization No. 72/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the
National Assembly’s Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 dated June 12, 2025 on
arrangement of provincial administrative divisions;
Pursuant to the
Resolution No. 76/2025/UBTVQH15 dated April 14, 2025 of the Standing Committee
of the National Assembly on arrangement of administrative divisions in 2025;
In view of the
Government’s request in the Document No. 349/TTr-CP and Project No. 350/DA-CP
dated May 09, 2025, Verification Report No. 440/BC-UBPLTP15 dated June 03, 2025

Article
1. Arrangement of commune-level administrative divisions of Tay Ninh Province
According to the
Government’s Project No. 350/DA-CP dated May 09, 2025 on the arrangement of
commune-level administrative divisions of Tay Ninh Province (new) in 2025, the
Standing Committee of the National Assembly makes a decision on the arrangement
to establish commune-level administrative divisions of Tay Ninh Province as
follows:
1. Merge the entire natural
area and population size of communes of Hung Ha, Hung Dien B and Hung Dien into
a new Commune called Hung Dien Commune.
2. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of communes of Thanh Hung (Tan Hung District),
Vinh Chau B and Hung Thanh into a new Commune called Vinh Thanh Commune.
3. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of Tan Hung Town, Vinh Thanh Commune and Vinh
Loi Town into a new Commune called Tan Hung Commune.
4. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of communes of Vinh Dai, Vinh Buu and Vinh
Chau A into a new Commune called Vinh Chau Commune.
5. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of Tuyen Binh Commune, Tuyen Binh Tay Commune
and part of the natural area and population size of communes of Vinh Binh, Vinh
Thuan and Thai Binh Trung into a new Commune called Tuyen Binh Commune.
6. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of Vinh Hung Town, part of the natural area
and population size of communes of Vinh Tri, Thai Tri, Khanh Hung and Thai Binh
Trung and remaining part of communes of Vinh Thuan and Vinh Binh after the
arrangement specified in clause 5 of this Article into a new Commune called Vinh
Hung Commune.
7. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of Hung Dien A Commune, remaining part of Thai
Binh Trung after the arrangement specified in clause 5 and clause 6 of this
Article and remaining part of communes of Vinh Tri, Thai Tri and Khanh Hung
after the arrangement specified in clause 6 of this Article into a new Commune
called Khanh Hung Commune.

9. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of communes of Thanh Tri, Binh Tan, Binh Hoa
Tay and Binh Hiep into a new Commune called Binh Hiep Commune.
10. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of communes of Binh Thanh (Moc Hoa District), Binh
Hoa Dong and Binh Hoa Trung into a new Commune called Binh Hoa Commune.
11. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of Tan Thanh Commune, Tan Lap Commune (Moc Hoa
District) and Binh Phong Thanh Town into a new Commune called Moc Hoa
Commune.
12. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of Hau Thanh Dong Commune, Hau Thanh Tay
Commune and remaining part of Bac Hoa Commune after the arrangement specified
in clause 8 of this Article into a new Commune called Hau Thanh Commune.
13. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of communes of Tan Lap (Tan Thanh District),
Nhon Hoa and Nhon Hoa Lap into a new Commune called Nhon Hoa Lap Commune.
14. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of communes of Tan Thanh (Tan Thanh District),
Tan Ninh and Nhon Ninh into a new Commune called Nhon Ninh Commune.
15. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of Tan Binh Commune, Tan Hoa Commune (Tan
Thanh District), Kien Binh Commune and Tan Thanh Town into a new Commune called
Tan Thanh Commune.
16. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of communes of Tan Hiep (Thanh Hoa District),
Thuan Binh and Binh Hoa Hung into a new Commune called Binh Thanh Commune.
17. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of communes of Thuan Nghia Hoa, Thanh Phu and
Thanh Phuoc into a new Commune called Thanh Phuoc Commune.

19. Merge the entire

Thuy Dong and Tan Tay into a new Commune called Tan Tay Commune.
20. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of Thu Thua Town, part of the natural area and
population size of Binh Thanh Commune and Tan Thanh Commune (Thu Thua District)
and Nhi Thanh Commune into a new Commune called Thu Thua Commune.
21. Merge the entire

22. Merge the entire

natural area and population size of communes of Long Thuan (Thu Thua District),
Long Thanh and Tan Long into a new Commune called Tan Long Commune.
24. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of communes of My Thanh Bac, My Quy Dong and
My Quy Tay into a new Commune called My Quy Commune.
25. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of Dong Thanh Town and communes of My Thanh
Tay, My Thanh Dong and My Binh into a new Commune called Dong Thanh Commune.
26. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of communes of Binh Hoa Bac, Binh Hoa Nam and
Binh Thanh into a new Commune called Duc Hue Commune.
27. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of communes of Loc Giang, An Ninh Dong and An
Ninh Tay into a new Commune called An Ninh Commune.

natural area and population size of communes of Thanh Duc (Ben Luc District),
Nhut Chanh and Binh Duc into a new Commune called Binh Duc Commune.
36. Merge the entire natural
area and population size of Tan Buu Commune and Luong Hoa Commune into a new
Commune called Luong Hoa Commune.
37. Merge the entire
natural area and population size of An Thanh Commune (Ben Luc District), Thanh Phu

67. Merge the entire

remaining part of Tan Phu Commune (Tan Chau District) after the arrangement
specified in clause 66 of this Article into a new Commune called Tan Phu

97. After the
arrangement, Tay Ninh Province has 96 commune-level administrative divisions,
including 82 communes and 14 wards.

1. This Resolution comes
into force from the date on which it is approved.
2. Agencies shall, under
their authority, expeditiously make necessary preparations to ensure that local
governments of commune-level administrative divisions formed after the
arrangement specified in Article 1 of this Resolution officially commence
operations from July 01, 2025.
3. Local governments of
commune-level administrative divisions before the arrangement shall continue to
operate until local governments of commune-level administrative divisions
formed after the arrangement officially commence operations.
Article
3. Organizing implementation
1. The Government,
People's Council of Tay Ninh Province, People’s Committee of Tay Ninh Province,
local governments of administrative divisions related to the arrangement and
other organizations and individuals concerned shall organize the implementation
of this Resolution; arrange and stabilize apparatuses of local agencies and
organizations; stabilize lives of the local people and satisfy the
socio-economic development, national defense and security requirements in the
Province.
2. The Government is
assigned to rely on this Resolution and Project No. 350/DA-CP dated May 09,
2025 of the Government to organize the determination of natural area of
commune-level administrative divisions and make it publicly available before
September 30, 2025; at the same time expeditiously conduct on-site surveying
activities and determine boundaries of administrative divisions to prepare
dossiers on boundaries of administrative divisions as prescribed.
3. The Ethnic Minorities
Council, Committees of the National Assembly, Delegations of the National
Assembly Deputies and Tay Ninh Province Delegation of National
Assembly Deputies shall, within the bounds of their tasks and powers,
supervise the implementation of this Resolution.
This Resolution was
adopted by the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly of
Socialist Republic of Vietnam on this 16th of June 2025.
