According to this document, several regulations of the Circular No. 19/2016 is amended and supplemented as follows:
- Adding more criteria for estimation of housing demands for formulation of housing development programs and plans;
- The following regulations will be abolished:
+ Article 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, clause 1 of Article 9 and 11;
+ Regulations related to investment made in the form of build – transfer (BT) laid down in point b and c of clause 2 of Article 13, point b of clause 2 of Article 17;
+ The phrase “hire-purchase price” in clause 2 of Article 20 and clause 1 of Article 21;
+ Appendices No. 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06.
In addition, abolishing point e of clause 4 of Article 8 in the Regulations on management and use of apartment buildings annexed to the Circular No. 02/2016.
Circular No. 07/2021/TT-BXD is entering into force as of August 15, 2021.
