According to this document, based on epidemic developments at localities, Departments of Health instructs healthcare establishments and other units within their remit to, of their own accord, conduct Covid-19 rapid antigen tests for the followings:
- Healthcare workers, caregivers and staff (no clinical signs of suspected COVID-19) on duty at quarantine facilities with quarantined people;
- Patients taking inpatient treatment services, people taking medical visits at hospitals, medical facilities (no clinical signs of suspected COVID-19);
- Persons subject to home isolation (F2);
- People living within outbreaks that have been quarantined;
- Persons working in the essential sectors (no clinical signs of suspected COVID-19), frequently in contact with the community within outbreaks that has already been isolated;
- People working in the service sector, often in contact with the community (staff of bars, discotheques, karaoke lounges, hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, drivers, ...);
- Officers and people on duty at border gates and borders, and often in contact with persons at risk;
- People working in industrial zones, units, businesses, corporations, etc.
- Other high-risk groups as guided by the Department of Health.
