According to this document, application for certificates of rights to use codes or barcodes may be submitted online on the National Public Service Portal or the Public Service Portal of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Such application includes the following documents:
+ Electronic application form used for declaring information with digital signature;
Information shown in electronic application forms is the same as those inscribed on the Form No. 12 in Appendix to the Decree No. 74/2018/ND-CP.
+ Electronic copy of enterprise registration certificate or investment registration certificate or investment decision, or any other equivalent documents.
As for certificates of rights to use codes or barcodes that were issued before July 1, 2018, application for replacement of these certificates must be submitted by April 1, 2024 in accordance with Circular No. 10.
In case of failure to do so by April 1, 2024, certificates of rights to use codes or barcodes will become null and void.
Circular No. 10/2020/TT-BKHCN is entering into force as of April 1, 2021.
