From January 10, 2020, more cases requiring registration for mortgaging rights to use land and attached property will include:
- Registration for mortgaging rights to use land.
- Registration for mortgaging land-attached property.
- Registration for mortgaging both rights to use land and land-attached property.
- Registration for mortgaging land-attached property that will be acquired in the future.
- Registration for mortgaging both rights to use land and future-acquired land-attached property.
- Registration for changing existing mortgaging registration information.
- Registration for written notices of handling of mortgaged property in case of being granted mortgaging registration.
- Removal of mortgaging registration.
- Mortgaging registration for projects for construction of residential homes, construction works other than residential homes and other investment and construction projects prescribed in laws (Current regulations laid down in the Joint Circular No. 09/2016/TTLT-BTP-BTNMT do not cover this case).
Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BTP is officially entering into force on January 10, 2020, replacing the Joint Circular No. 09.
