According to the Resolution, there will be 9 important laws to be revised as follows:
- Corporate Law;
- Investment Law;
- Construction Law;
- Law on Issuance of Legislative Documents;
- Legal Expertise Law;
- Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Supporting Instruments;
- Adolescent Law;
- Law on Prevention and Control of Natural Disasters;
- Law on Dykes.
Simultaneously, the Government basically agrees on drafting of the Law on Public-Private Partnership Investment;
It entrusts the Ministry of Planning and Investment with the task of presiding over and cooperating with other concerned ministries and entities in studying and acquiring opinions of the Cabinet’s members, revising and completing draft laws and reporting them to the Prime Minister by August 15, 2019 before proposing them to seek the National Assembly’s ratification.
