- Floor prices applied to coal power plants:
+ Imported coal power plants with net capacity of 1x600 MW: 1,896.05 dong/kWh;
+ Imported coal power plants with net capacity of 2x600 MW: 1,677.02 dong/kWh;
VAT, seaport dues and commonly-used infrastructure fees have not been included in such prices;
- The floor price applied to hydropower plants will be 1,110 dong/kWh;
Such price has not yet included water resource taxes, environmental service charges, fees for granting the water resource exploitation right and VAT.
EVN and power generation entities will consult the above-stated power generation price range and fuel consumption parameters used for designing the power generation price range applied to coal-fired thermal power plants in order to enter into negotiations over actual power buying and selling prices.
The Decision No. 281/QD-BCT is about to take effect from February 12, 2019.
