Pursuant to the Circular, the schedule of fees for domestic payment services via State Bank will be supplemented with the followings:
- Fee for processing of results of net settlements sent from other systems: 0.02% of payment amount (VND 4,000/item at minimum and VND 100,000 at maximum);
- Fee for a foreign currency payment:
+ Payment made in USD: 0.02% of payment amount (USD 0.2/item at minimum and USD 5/item at maximum);
+ Payment made in EUR: 0.02% of payment amount (EUR 0.2/item at minimum and EUR 5/item at maximum);
- Fee for payment in installment via the deposit account opened at State Bank:
+ Payment made in VND: 0.02% of payment amount (VND 10,000/item at minimum and VND 100,000/item at maximum);
+ Payment made in USD: 0.02% of payment amount (USD 0.2/item at minimum and USD 5/item at maximum);
+ Payment made in EUR: 0.02% of payment amount (EUR 0.2/item at minimum and EUR 5/item at maximum).
The Circular No. 33/2018/TT-NHNN will take effect on November 1, 2019.
