Project classification by scale, characteristics, and type of main works: projects of national importance, Group A projects, Group B projects, and Group C projects.
Project classification by capital sources: Projects funded by state budget, projects funded by state capital derived from loans, bonds, funds, etc., and projects funded by other sources.
For construction of religious works, construction, repair, renovation projects whose total value is below VND 15 billion, only economic-technical reports are required.
In addition, Decree No.
59/2015/NĐ-CP also prescribes the power to appraise projects, the method of making economic-technical reports, procedures for construction, management, execution, and acceptance or projects, etc.
This Decree comes into force from August 05, 2015.
