Contents of training and advanced training in knowledge of real estate brokerage in Vietnam from August 1, 2024
Contents of training and advanced training in knowledge of real estate brokerage from August 1, 2024 shall have 2 parts: basic knowledge and professional knowledge.
- Basic knowledge
The basic knowledge of real estate brokerage has 32 learning sessions, including the following special subjects and contents:
+ Special subject 1: Legal regulations on real estate business
+ Special subject 2: Legal regulations on housing related to real estate business
+ Special subject 3: Legal regulations on land related to real estate business
+ Special subject 4: Legal regulations on investment related to real estate business
+ Special subject 5: Legal regulations on civil matters related to real estate business
+ Special subject 6: Legal regulations on notarization related to real estate business
+ Special subject 7: Legal regulations on enterprises related to real estate business
+ Special subject 8: Legal regulations on taxes, fees, and charges related to real estate business
+ Special subject 9: Legal regulations on anti-laundering related to real estate business
+ Special subject 10: Legal regulations on fines for administrative violations related to real estate business
+ Special subject 11: Overview of the real estate market
+ Special subject 12: Principles of real estate prices and real estate price consultancy
- Professional knowledge
The professional knowledge of real estate brokerage has 24 learning sessions, including the following special subjects and contents:
+ Special subject 1: Overview of real estate brokerage services
+ Special subject 2: Real estate brokerage processes and skills
Practice and exams at the end of courses of training and advanced training in knowledge of real estate brokerage in Vietnam from August 1, 2024
- Practice contents shall have 16 sessions, including the following special subjects: practical research on real estate brokerage activities at real estate brokerage organizations and reports.
- Exam contents at the end of courses shall have 2 sessions, including contents of the basic and professional knowledge:
+ Duration: 120 minutes
+ Exam forms: essay, multiple choice, or combination of the former.
Circular No. 04/2024/TT-BXD comes into force as of August 1, 2024 and annuls Circular No. 11/2015/TT-BXD .
