On December 22, 2021, the Minister of Finance promulgated Circular No.
116/2021/TT-BTC on amendments to Circular No.
287/2016/TT-BTC providing for fees and charges in atomic energy sector, and collection, transfer, management and use thereof.
According to this document, from February 02, 2021, fees for processing applications for export/import license of RAM shall be applied to the following radioactive sources:
- Fee for radioactive source with above average radiation hazard is VND 3.500.000/1 source or 1 lot of sources for use in 1 device;
(Currently VND 7.000.000/1 source or 1 lot of sources for use in 1 device)
- Fee for radioactive source with average radiation hazard is VND 1.000.000/1 source;
(Currently is VND 2.000.000/1 source)
- Fee for radioactive source with below average radiation hazard is VND 500.000/1 source;
(Currently VND 1.000.000/1 source)
Circular No. 116/2021/TT-BTC comes into force from February 05, 2022.
