The Decision specifies that infected union members or employees that do not violate regulations of law on Covid-19 prevention and control are entitled to the following aid:
- VND 3,000,000/person at maximum if they suffer serious symptoms and need to be treated for at least 21 days at hospitals or healthcare establishments licensed to admit and cure Covid-19 patients according to evidencing documents issued by competent health authorities.
- VND 1,500,000/person at maximum if they undergo out-of-hospital treatment for at least 21 days or hospitalized treatment for fewer than 21 days at hospitals or healthcare establishments licensed to admit and cure Covid-19 patients according to evidencing documents issued by competent health authorities.
Previous regulations prescribe that union members and employees infected with Covid-19 are given an aid of VND 3,000,000/person.
Decision No. 3749/QD-TLD is entering into force as of December 15, 2021 as a replacement for the Decision No. 2606/QD-TLD dated May 19, 2021 and the Decision No. 3022/QD-TLD dated August 9, 2021.
