Surmount difficulties and issues, prefer foreign professionals and workers to enter Vietnam and be put in health quarantine according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health.
In addition, the Prime Minister also requests the Ministry of Finance and the State Bank of Vietnam to review and promptly provide instructions about policies and regulations on tax exemption and reduction, and undertake the task of introducing the mechanism for interest rate and credit support for businesses according to Resolution 105/NQ-CP dated September 9, 2021.
Ministry of Health should promptly issue:
- Social distancing and testing requirements during production and business activities of enterprises;
- Regulations on production conditions and actions to be taken in response to the situation in which workers at industrial parks or clusters are infected with COVID-19;
- Regulations on methods of managing close contacts with patients for ultimate safety for business and production activities.
