- University of Foreign Languages – Hue University;
- University of Languages and International Studies – Hanoi National University;
- University of Foreign Language Studies – University of Da Nang;
- Thai Nguyen University;
- Can Tho University;
- Hanoi University;
- Hanoi National University of Education;
- Vinh University;
- Saigon University;
- Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City;
- Tra Vinh University;
- Van Lang University;
- Quy Nhon University;
- Tay Nguyen University;
- Institute of People’s Security.
