According to this Decision, the Lesson 3 in the Instructional Material annexed to this Decision provides instructions on specific topics regarding ethics training for drivers and driver assistants in each transport model, including:
- Fixed-route or bus transportation of passengers:
+Operating means of transport in compliance with technical procedures, ensuring safety for both humans and means of transport;
+ Helping passengers aboard, especially disabled, elderly people, children, pregnant women and women travelling with children, etc.
- Taxicab, contracted transportation of passenger, tourist transportation:
+ Drivers need to clearly know all streets, tourist destinations, be honest, do not cheat when charging fares or take advantage of passengers who do not know well about streets to take a detour to increase fares, etc.
+ In several cases, a driver should be deemed as a tour guide or tourism promoter.
- As for cargo transportation, drivers must carry goods safely and on schedule, take responsibility for delivering and unloading goods at agreed places and comply with permissible loading capacity regulations.
