According to this document, fees for handling of competition cases are specified as follows:
- Fees to be applied from July 27, 2020 to end of December 31, 2020 include:
+ Fee for handling of discrete claims or complaints filed by persons with relevant interests and obligations: VND 5,000,000/case.
+ Fee for verification and assessment of application for entitlement to immunities during the process of handling of competition cases: VND 25,000,000/application.
- These fees to be applied from January 1, 2021 will be equal to current ones prescribed in the Circular No. 251/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016;
+ Fee for handling of discrete claims or complaints filed by persons with relevant interests and obligations: VND 10,000,000/case.
+ Fee for verification and assessment of application for entitlement to immunities during the process of handling of competition cases: VND 50,000,000 /application.
Circular No. 58/2020/TT-BTC is entering into force on July 27, 2020, replacing the Circular No. 251/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016.
