According to this document, the Ministry of Transport requests the Directorate for Roads of Vietnam and their affiliates, including Civil Aviation Authority, Vietnam Railway Authority and Vietnam Inland Waterways Administration to:
- Inform transportation business entities to reopen their domestic transportation business by means of passenger transport;
Commencing from 00.00 a.m., May 8, 2020.
- Cooperate with Departments of Transport in provinces and centrally-affiliated cities and Department of Transport and Department of Construction in Lao Cai province in keeping themselves updated with local conditions of transportation activities and responding to any situations that may arise.
Concurrently, continue to take Covid-19 disease prevention and control measures on means of passenger transport to get prepared for new normalities in accordance with regulations.
