According to this Circular, from May 5 – December 31, 2020, 50% reduction in construction fee and charge rates in comparison with those prescribed in the Circular No. 172/2016, Circular No. 209/2016 and Circular No. 210/2016 of the Ministry of Finance will take effect as follows:
- Fee for initially granting construction competency certificates to institutional applicants will be 500,000 dong/each (compared to 1,000,000 dong/each before the fee adjustment is made);
- Fee for initially granting construction practicing certificates to individual applicants will be 150,000 dong/each (compared to 300,000 dong/each before the fee adjustment is made);
From January 1, 2021 onwards, aforesaid fee and charge rates will be subject to existing regulations of the Circular No. 172/2016, the Circular No. 209/2016 and the Circular No. 210/2016 of the Ministry of Finance.
The Circular No. 34/2020/TT-BTC is effective from May 5, 2020 to end of December 31, 2020.
