The Circular prescribes that two more aviation services are subject to the State’s pricing regulations, including:
- Incoming and outgoing flight operation;
- Operation of flights over flight information regions under the control of Vietnam.
Charges for other three services subject to the State’s pricing regulations remain unchanged like those regulated in the 2017’s Decision No. 2345/QD-BGTVT including:
- Aircraft takeoff and landing;
- Aviation security quality control;
- Customer care.
In addition, this Circular regulates several aviation or non-aviation services subject to the State’s pricing regulations.
