The Circular prescribes that supplementary insurance certificates include:
- Insurance consultancy certificate;
- Insurance risk assessment certificate;
- Insured loss assessment certificate;
- Certificate in support for insurance claim processing and payment.
Details of the insurance consultancy certificate, insurance risk assessment certificate and the certificate in support for insurance claim processing and payment will vary, depending on life insurance, non-life insurance and health insurance services.
Details of the insured loss assessment certificate will vary, depending on non-life insurance (except maritime and aviation insurance), maritime insurance and aviation insurance services.
Registration for participation in tests for obtaining supplementary insurance certificates will be made online on the website of the Insurance Research and Training Center at the address: https://irt.mof.gov.vn.
The Circular No. 65/2019/TT-BTC is going to enter into force on November 1, 2019.
