At present, testing and granting certificates of foreign language use according to the 6-Level Foreign Language Framework of Reference are subject to the Circular No. 23/2017/TT-BGDDT (in force from November 15, 2017).
Pursuant to this Circular, there have been 04 institutions complying with requirements for tests and certification of foreign language use, including:
1. University of Languages and International Studies – Vietnam National University, Hanoi
2. University of Foreign Languages – Hue University
3. University of Foreign Language Studies – University of Danang
4. HCMC University of Education.
