Pursuant to the Circular, procedures for grant of AANZ sample C/O are subject to the Decree No. 31/2018/ND-CP elaborating on the Law on Foreign Trade Management in terms of the origin of goods and the Circular No. 05/2018/TT-BCT prescribing the origin of goods.
Currently, procedures for grant of AANZ sample C/O conform to the Circular No. 06/2011/TT-BCT prescribing procedures for grant of preferential certificates of origin and the Circular No. 01/2013/TT-BCT amending and supplementing the Circular No. 06.
Implementation of these procedures is also subject to provisions set forth in the Appendix III to the Circular No. 31/2015/TT-BCT.
Additionally, the Appendix II – Product specific rules to the Circular No. 31/2015/TT-BCT will be replaced by another appendix to the Circular No. 42.
The Circular No. 42/2018/TT-BTC will enter into force on January 1, 2019.
