This Decree amends and supplements a large number of enterprise registration regulations, including:
- Amending the regulations on authorization to complete enterprise registration procedures.
+ The phrase “the founder of an enterprise or the enterprise" is changed to "the person authorized to sign on the application for enterprise registration";
+ The written document stating the authorization granted an individual to carry out procedures related to enterprise registration is not bound to be notarized or legally authenticated.
- Amendments to regulations on application for registration of single-member limited liability companies: Copy of the charter or equivalent documents are not required if the owner is an organization.
- Amending and supplementing the regulations on registration for changes in the charter capital and changes in the contributed capital proportion.
- Amending the regulations on state management of enterprises registration.
- Supplementing enterprise registration guidelines in the event of transformation from the household business.
