For instance, several new fees will be as follows:
- The fee for registering enterprise establishment, changing enterprise registration content or reissuing the certificate of enterprise registration will be VND 100,000/application (reduced by VND 100,000/application).
- The fee for issuing, reissuing or changing contents of the certificate of registration of operation of an enterprise’s branches, representative offices or business locations will be VND 50.000/application (reduced by VND 50.000/application).
In particular, the fee for provision of corporate information per each account which is at least 125 pieces/month will be reduced by VND 500,000 to VND 4,500,000.
In addition, the Circular No. 130/2017/TT-BTC (entering into force from January 20, 2018) will cover more persons eligible for exemption from the enterprise registration fee, including small and medium-sized enterprises which are transformed from business households.
