This is one of the highlights of the Resolution No. 379/2017/UBTVQH14 on modification of the 2017 Program for Codification of Laws and Ordinances, including:
- The following regulatory frameworks will be removed from the 2017 Program for Codification of Laws and Ordinances:
+ The Law on Amendment and Supplementation of certain articles of the Labor Code;
+ The Law on Pre-action Interim Injunctive Relief.
- The expected deadline for making representations to the National Assembly for its judgements on the amended Competition Law and the Law on Protection of State Secrets will be changed from the 3rd to 4th plenary session.
In addition, the Resolution will integrate the following draft bills and proposed laws into the working agenda of the 3rd plenary session, including:
- The National Assembly’s Resolution on Enactment of the Penal Code;
- The National Assembly’s Resolution on Treatment of bad debts of credit institutions and the Law on Amending certain articles of the Law on Credit Institutions.
The Resolution No. 379/2017/UBTVQH14 has been launched on May 4, 2017.
