Cuts in administrative procedures and business conditions in the agriculture and environment sector
According to the Resolution, reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions under management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment shall be prescribed as follows:
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the fisheries and fisheries surveillance sector in Appendix I of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the forestry and forest protection sector in Appendix II of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the nature conservation and biodiversity sector in Appendix III of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the surveying, mapping and remote sensing sector in Appendix IV of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the land sector in Appendix V of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the irrigation sector in Appendix VI of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the water resources sector in Appendix VII of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the environment sector in Appendix VIII of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the integrated marine and island management sector in Appendix IX of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the geology and mineral resources sector in Appendix X of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the agricultural extension sector in Appendix XI of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the climate change sector in Appendix XII of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the crop production and plant protection sector in Appendix XIII of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the livestock production and veterinary sector in Appendix XIV of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
- Reduction, delegation or simplification of administrative procedures and reduction or simplification of business conditions in the hydrometeorology sector in Appendix XV of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
For more details, see Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP which is effective from April 29, 2026 to the end of March 02, 2027, except for the cases specified in point b clause 1 Article 5 of Resolution No. 17/2026/NQ-CP.
