Form I.1: Registration for outward investment (applicable to all dossiers requesting issuance of an Outward Investment Registration Certificate)
Form I.2: Proposal for an outward investment project (applicable to dossiers for issuance of an Outward Investment Registration Certificate subject to approval by the Prime Minister of Vietnam)
Form I.3: Application for amendment of an Outward Investment Registration Certificate (applicable to all dossiers requesting amendment of an Outward Investment Registration Certificate)
Form I.4: Report on outward investment activities (applicable to all dossiers requesting amendment or termination of validity of an Outward Investment Registration Certificate)
Form I.5: Written commitment on self-balancing foreign currency sources (applicable where the investor has available foreign currency for transfer abroad to implement the overseas investment project, for projects subject to approval by the Prime Minister of Vietnam)
Form I.6: Written commitment on foreign currency arrangement by a credit institution (applicable where the investor does not have available foreign currency for transfer abroad to implement the overseas investment project, for projects subject to approval by the Prime Minister of Vietnam)
Form I.7: Decision on outward investment (applicable to cases of issuance of an Outward Investment Registration Certificate)
Form I.8: Decision on amendment of outward investment activities (applicable to cases of amendment of an Outward Investment Registration Certificate)
