QUYẾT ĐỊNH

VỀ VIỆC CHỈ ĐỊNH PHÒNG THỬ NGHIỆM VỀ THUỐC BẢO VỆ THỰC VẬT/ DƯ LƯỢNG THUỐC BẢO VỆ THỰC VẬT TRONG NÔNG, LÂM SẢN.

Căn cứ Quyết định số 664/QĐ-BNN-TCCB ngày 04 tháng 04 năm 2014 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Cục Bảo vệ thực vật;

Căn cứ Thông tư số 16/2011/TT-BNNPTNT ngày 01 tháng 4 năm 2011 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn Quy định về đánh giá, chỉ định và quản lý phòng thử nghiệm ngành nông nghiệp và phát triển nông thôn;

Căn cứ Biên bản đánh giá và Báo cáo kết quả đánh giá của Đoàn đánh giá được thành lập theo Quyết định số 1008/QĐ-BVTV-QLT ngày 5 tháng 6 năm 2015 của Cục trưởng Cục Bảo vệ thực vật;

Xét đề nghị của Trưởng phòng Quản lý thuốc bảo vệ thực vật./.

QUYẾT ĐỊNH:

Điều 1. Chỉ định lại Phòng thử nghiệm Trung tâm Phân tích và Thử nghiệm 2 - Vinacontrol (Cơ quan chủ quản: Công ty TNHH Giám định Vinacontrol TP. Hồ Chí Minh), địa chỉ: Lô U.18A, đường 22, khu chế xuất Tân Thuận, Quận 7, TP.HCM, điện thoại: [phone].39325253, fax: [phone] là Phòng thử nghiệm ngành nông nghiệp và phát triển nông thôn về dư lượng thuốc bảo vệ thực vật trong nông, lâm sản.

Phòng thử nghiệm được tham gia phân tích các chỉ tiêu nêu tại Phụ lục kèm theo.

Mã số: LAS-NN 19

Con dấu và việc sử dụng con dấu của phòng thử nghiệm được quy định tại Phụ lục 5 ban hành kèm theo Thông tư số 16/2011/TT-BNNPTNT .

Điều 2. Phòng thử nghiệm Trung tâm Phân tích và Thử nghiệm 2 - Vinacontrol có trách nhiệm thực hiện đầy đủ các quy định trong hoạt động được chỉ định và chịu sự kiểm tra, giám sát của các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước có thẩm quyền.

Điều 3. Quyết định này có hiệu lực 03 (ba) năm kể từ ngày ký.

Điều 4. Chánh Văn phòng Cục; Trưởng các phòng chức năng, Trung tâm thuộc Cục; Phòng thử nghiệm Trung tâm Phân tích và Thử nghiệm 2 - Vinacontrol chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này./.

DESIGNATING THE LABORATORY OF PESTICIDE/ PESTICIDE RESIDUE IN AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTRY PRODUCTS

THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT

Pursuant to the Decision No. 664/QD-BNN-TCCB of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development dated April 4, 2014 on defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Plant Protection;

Pursuant to the Circular No. 16/2011/TT-BNNPTNT of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development dated April 1, 2011 on providing provisions on evaluation, appointment and management of the laboratory in the agricultural and rural development industry;

Pursuant to the Evaluation Record and the Report on Evaluation Result made by the Evaluation Team under the Decision No. 1008/QD-BVTV-QLT of the Director of the Plant Protection Department dated June 5, 2015;    

After considering the request of the Head of the Pesticide Division,

HEREBY DECIDES

This Laboratory shall be entitled to get involved in analyzing indicators specified in the attached Appendix.

The stamp and use of stamp of the Laboratory shall be stipulated in the Appendix 5 issued together with the Circular No. 16/2011/TT-BNNPTNT.

Article 2. The Laboratory of the Analyzing and Testing Center No.2 – Vinacontrol shall be responsible for fulfilling their assigned tasks and put under the control and supervision of competent authorities.

Article 3. This Decision shall enter into force in 03 (three) years from the signature date.

Article 4. The Chief of Office of the Department, the Heads of functional Divisions, Centers affiliated to the Department, and the Laboratory of the Analyzing and Testing Center No.2 – Vinacontrol, shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
