THÔNG BÁO

Căn cứ Thông tư Liên tịch số 07/2003/TTLT/BTM/BCN ngày 8/10/2003 hướng dẫn việc giao và thực hiện hạn ngạch xuất khẩu hàng dệt may vào thị trường Hoa Kỳ năm 2004; Liên Bộ Thương mại - Công nghiệp và Hiệp hội dệt may Việt Nam thông báo danh sách các khách hàng Hoa Kỳ là nhà nhập khẩu hàng dệt may lớn của Hoa Kỳ:

Liên Bộ xem xét giao hạn ngạch ưu tiên khách hàng lớn cho các thương nhân ký kết hợp đồng sản xuất/gia công xuất khẩu hàng dệt may sang Hoa Kỳ với các khách hàng trong danh sách nêu trên đã gửi hồ theo mẫu đăng ký số 04 kèm Thông tư Liên tịch 07 về Bộ Thương mại (Vụ Xuất Nhập Khẩu).

Bộ Thương mại trân trọng thông báo các thương nhân được biết./.

Pursuant to Inter-Ministerial Circular No. 07/2003/TTLT/BTM/BCN dated October 8th, 2003 providing guidelines on allocating and implementing of quota on export of textile products to the US market in 2004; the Ministry of Trade, in conjunction with the Ministry of Industry and the Textile and Garment Association, hereby inform the list of US large importer:

The aforesaid ministries in a joint effort shall consider and allocate quota, giving priority to large clients, to those enterprises having their contracts concluded with the US clients in above-stated list to manufacture/process textile products for further exports to the US; and having their documents formed in accordance with sample No.4 attached to the Intern-Ministerial Circular 07 on the status of the Ministry of Trade (Export Import Department).

The Ministry of Trade hereby inform to all enterprises for further knowledge and implementation.
