- If an employee has a seasonal employment contract or a fixed-term employment contract that lasts from 03 to under 12 months which is concluded before January 01, 2015 and the contract does not expire within the next 03 months, the employer must buy unemployment insurance for such employee.
- Where an employee enters into multiple employment contracts and obtains unemployment insurance under the contract that was the first to come into force, if the termination or changes of such contract makes the employee no longer a policyholder of unemployment insurance, then:
The employee and employer who are required to buy unemployment insurance under the employment contract that was the next to come into force shall buy unemployment insurance as prescribed.
This Decree is effective from May 01, 2015; the regulations of this Decree shall be applied from January 01, 2015.
