Accordingly, the following C/O Form AJ is enclosed with the Circular No. 37/2022/TT-BCT:
- C/O Form AJ of ASEAN (Appendix II);
- C/O Form AJ of Japan (Appendix III);
C/O Form AJ format and text in the C/O must be in English language, including the minimum information prescribed in Appendix IV enclosed with the Circular No. 37/2022/TT-BCT.
The list of Vietnam's issuing authorities of C/O Form AJ is published on the EcoSys (the electronic certificates of origin system) of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam.
Vietnam's issuing authorities of C/O Form AJ shall follow procedures for registration of specimen signatures, and impressions of official seals, and update them according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam.
Operational procedures for certification and verification of origin of goods shall conform to the provisions of the Decree No. 31/2018/ND-CP, regulations on origin of goods and the Circular No. 37/2022/TT-BCT.
The Circular No. 37/2022/TT-BCT is coming into force from March 01, 2023.
