- Animal feeds temporarily imported for re-export, re-imported for recycling at the request of foreign partners;
- Animal feeds in transit, merchanting trade and transshipment;
- Foreign animal feeds sent to bonded warehouses;
- Animal feeds for display at fairs, exhibitions and advertisements;
- Animal feeds used as samples for analysis in laboratories;
- Animal feeds used as samples for testing in service of testing, assessment and certification of conformity with national technical regulations and interlaboratory testing;
- Animal feeds for scientific research;
- Animal feeds of inbound passengers within tax-free quotas;
- Animal feed imports for urgent needs decided by the Government and the Prime Minister of Vietnam on the basis of the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Decree No. 46/2022/ND-CP comes into force from the date on which it is signed.
