According to the Circular, State Securities Commission shall supervise the compliance with the law on securities and securities market of the following operations of VNX:
- Development and issuance of regulations on the listing of securities, securities trading, and information disclosure of members of VNX and other regulations related to organization and operation of the securities market; etc.
- Organization of the securities market in accordance with the law on securities.
- Grant and cancellation of membership of VNX; management, supervision, inspection, and taking actions against violations of members in accordance with the law on securities; acting as a mediator at the request of members when a dispute arises regarding securities trading operations.
- Organizing and carrying out control of compliance of VNX regarding securities operations.
- Storage and protection of confidentiality of files, documents, and original data related to securities operations.
- Other operations of VNX and its subsidiaries involved in its operations.
