According to this document, several regulations of the Decree No. 99 are amended as follows:
- Supplementing clause 2 of Article 4 on adjustments to local housing development programs and plans.
- Revising regulations regarding:
+ Seeking state authorities’ review opinions regarding residential housing in housing construction projects as prescribed in Article 9.
+ Cases of selection of investors in commercial housing construction projects and house-included urban development projects as prescribed in Article 18.
+ Handing over the budgets for maintenance of shared areas at multi-owner apartment buildings.
